I highly recommend Domka, she is a super instructor who will look after your needs. Domka is extremely professional, she takes genuine interest in your requirements and is a great communicator. She will delight you in her knowledge of both diving skills and interesting facts about the dive sites and area. I was so impressed with Domka that I extended my stay for extra diving opportunities.

The best kind of people with whom you vibe are the ones that make your own light shine brighter and the world look brighter. Domka did just that.

I recognised a kindred spirit from the first time we talked, and the many conversations we had when driving around dive sites just reaffirmed that. A fellow strong woman, with many adventures under her belt, some similar and some different from mine.

I did the Caverns course with Domka, and she was consistently great throughout. My courage got tested a bit when eyeing a somewhat tricky entry for Gozo’s Cathedral Cave dive… She believed in me when I did not believe in myself, and she was right! And what a prize awaited me at our destination! Sharing tea with Domka while floating inside Cathedral Cave was epic… even if coffee did not survive (pro tip: do close your flasks when taking drinks on dives, and have them black – the air/water temperature difference will curdle your milk in no time). I also got great tips for Gozo’s good hangouts on the way back!

Domka was an inspiration, and already planning when we can dive together again. So, yeah, this review is a love letter of sorts. Go see how she fuels your light :)

Simply amazing!

Domka is amazing! I had a few bad diving experiences with diving buddies (even instructors sadly) that left me absolutely traumatized. I wasn’t able to feel excitement, safety and eagerness to dive anymore if it were with strangers. I just wasn’t able to feel safe and comfortable unless I was diving with friends/people I already knew.

Domka changed it all and was so open, friendly and I felt very safe with her. Starting actually listening to my concerns/needs and not brushing them off, to picking out the right diving equipment for me, and ending with a wonderful dive. I was able to fully enjoy diving and trust in myself, surroundings and diving with strangers again after a whole year.

She also gives clear feedback, instructions and makes sure the dive is fun at the same time. She even took videos and photos, so now I have some beautiful memories of the dives we did. I can easily say those 2 dives I dived with Domka were 2 of the best dives I have had in my life! I highly recommend her and can’t wait to see her and dive with her again.

One of the finest diving experiences I’ve had. That is all thanks to Domka and the passion she has for everything underwater. You can just sense it by the way she approaches each dive, the care and attention she puts into making sure you have as great an experience as possible. I saw with my own eyes how she dealt with a customer’s worries and Domka handled this professionally and empathy. Spoiler, everyone ended up having the best time 🤿🤿
